URBAN MYTHOLOGY

The city buildings do not react to our gaze, but they return their sound back to our ears. Our eyesight always segregates, where sound is always integrated. Vision comes to a human being from one direction at a time: to look at a room or a landscape, sound gather simultaneously from every directions at once; The sense of sight implies exteriority, where as sound create an experience of interiority. My eye cannot reach in everywhere at once but sound approaches me. The eye reaches, but the ear receives.

This installation is not only about visuals and sculpture installed on a space to be looked at.

It is about sound, reflection and orientation.
